Fart Attack Mobile — Terms and Conditions

1. The Game and These Terms

Fart Attack Mobile is developed and published by Moss Games, India ("we", "us"). We provide Fart Attack Mobile and the Moss Games website. These terms describe your use of the game alongside applicable app-store terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact moss.talk@gmail.com for support. Our website is https://mossgames.co.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. The game is intended for a general audience, not specifically for children. Follow your store's age rating and the laws applicable to you. Installing the game is not consent to optional microphone use, notifications or advertising permissions; those are controlled separately.

2. Permission to Play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to install and use the game on supported devices, subject to these terms and your app-store licence. The game and its artwork, software, trademarks and other content remain owned by us or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source licence rights are not restricted by these terms. Do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, bypass purchase controls, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with other players. Rights that applicable law expressly permits remain available.

3. Multiplayer and Conduct

Multiplayer requires a compatible game version, an internet connection and available network services. Connection quality and host availability can affect matches. Voice chat is optional. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, sexually exploit, impersonate or disclose private information about other people. Do not use offensive display names, cheat, distribute malicious software or abuse reporting tools.

You can mute, block or report players through the available safety controls, or email support. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, cheating, security or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. For an immediate real-world danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

4. Ads and Optional Rewards

The game may show automatic pop-up ads at suitable breaks, including after matches, and offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards require the ad provider's completion confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed; interrupted, unavailable or unconfirmed ads may not grant a reward. Choosing not to watch an optional ad does not authorise a charge.

The temporary ad-free offer requires two completed rewarded ads. On the second confirmed completion, automatic pop-up ads are disabled for 30 minutes of elapsed time, including time outside the game. This offer does not disable optional rewarded ads. Local temporary reward progress is not guaranteed to transfer to another device.

5. Purchases and Permanent Ad-Free Access

Where available, permanent ad-free access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes automatic pop-up ads from this game. It is not a subscription and does not remove optional rewarded ads, which you can choose to watch. It does not include other games, transferable cash value or a guarantee that online servers will operate forever.

The price and currency shown by your store at checkout control the transaction, including applicable taxes and regional pricing. Only buy after reviewing the actual store confirmation.

Use Restore purchases with the same eligible store account to recover a supported purchase. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google stores. Store availability, family sharing and refunds follow the relevant store's rules and applicable law. Contact the store for refund requests and support for missing entitlements. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or promises that every purchase is non-refundable.

6. Virtual Rewards and Progress

Coins, cosmetic unlocks and other virtual items are for use within the game. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be sold or transferred unless an official feature explicitly permits it. Local progress can be lost when app data is removed or a device is changed. We may correct errors or adjust game balance without removing rights provided by law or the purchase description.

7. Privacy and External Services

The Privacy Policy explains multiplayer identifiers, optional audio, advertising, purchases and support data. EOS, advertising providers and app stores also have applicable terms and privacy notices. Avoid sharing sensitive information with other players. We cannot guarantee other players will comply with these terms or refrain from recording conversations.

8. Availability, Changes and Responsibility

We may update the game to fix faults, improve security or change features. Some updates may be needed to continue online play. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. If a material change affects a paid feature, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer protections, fraud or deliberate misconduct. We do not require you to waive mandatory rights as a condition of playing.

9. Ending Use and Resolving Concerns

You can stop using and uninstall the game at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically request deletion of remote service records; see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or discontinue services where necessary, subject to applicable law and obligations associated with paid features.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Contact moss.talk@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to use a competent court, consumer forum or regulator.
