Fart Attack Mobile — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 November 2026
1. Who We Are
Fart Attack Mobile is developed and published by Moss Games, India ("we", "us"). Contact us about privacy, support or a complaint at moss.talk@gmail.com. Our website is https://mossgames.co. This policy covers Fart Attack Mobile and this website. Linked services have their own privacy notices.
2. Multiplayer and Game Information
The game uses Epic Online Services (EOS) to provide device-based sign-in, lobbies, gameplay connections and voice chat. A persistent product user identifier, your chosen display name, lobby membership, connection information and gameplay messages are processed to operate these features. Your display name and relevant game information are visible to other players. Use a nickname rather than personal contact details.
Network services process technical information such as IP addresses, device/platform information and connection diagnostics. Connections may use direct peer-to-peer networking or relay servers. In a direct connection, a peer's networking software can receive your network address; it is not displayed as part of your player profile.
3. Microphone and Voice
Microphone access is optional and requires device permission. When you enable voice chat, microphone audio is transmitted through EOS to other participants in the voice room. Muting voice stops voice transmission; it does not necessarily release the operating system's microphone session. You can disable microphone permission in your device settings.
Optional sound-powered movement uses microphone samples locally to control the game. This movement input is not uploaded as voice by that feature. The game prevents sound-powered movement from competing with voice chat for the microphone. The game does not itself save voice recordings or attach recordings to player reports. Other participants may independently record what they hear, so avoid sharing sensitive information in voice chat.
4. Player Safety and Support
Muting and blocking help you control interactions. Blocked player identifiers and filtered names, and individual mute preferences, are saved on your device until you change them or remove app data. Recent players are held in memory for up to 24 hours, limited to 50 players, and clear on restart. When you submit an in-game report, the reporter's and reported player's EOS identifiers, your selected reason, room identifier, filtered player name, game version and a report reference are sent to EOS Reports for safety review. The latest receipt reference, time, category and delivery result are saved locally. No audio recording is attached by the game. Contact Moss Games at moss.talk@gmail.com for safety concerns or appeals.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any files you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy or safety requests. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unredacted connection tokens.
5. Ads and Privacy Choices
The game integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on the SDK, device permissions and your choices, advertising services may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. This supports ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Ads may be personalised where permitted; otherwise limited or non-personalised ads may still involve technical data processing.
Where offered, use the game's ad privacy options to review or change consent choices. Device privacy settings also control available advertising permissions. Declining an optional consent request does not prevent you from playing, although ad availability and optional rewards can be affected. An ad-free entitlement suppresses automatic pop-up ads; optional rewarded ads remain available and involve the ad services if you choose to use them.
6. Purchases, Local Storage and Notifications
Purchases and payment details are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, through the game's purchasing integration. We do not receive your full payment card details. The game receives product, transaction and entitlement information needed to grant and restore purchases.
Your device stores game settings, progress, cosmetic unlocks, ad-free status, reward progress, temporary ad-free expiry time, blocked players and reminder preferences. Device backup services may back up local app data according to your device settings. The current reminder feature schedules optional local notifications on your device; it does not send server-based friend invitations. You can turn notifications off in device settings.
7. Why Information Is Used and Shared
We use information to run multiplayer and optional features, provide purchases and rewards, answer support requests, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Relevant information is shared with other players and service providers only as described above. Where consent is required for optional processing, you can withdraw it through the relevant controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Other lawful grounds, where applicable, include providing the service you request, proportionate security and support interests, and compliance with law.
Providers include Epic Online Services for multiplayer/voice/reports; Google for ads and consent; Unity's purchasing integration and the relevant app store for purchases; and our email provider when you contact support. These services may process information outside your country. Their applicable privacy notices and contractual safeguards govern their own processing. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users' safety and legal rights. We do not offer player voice recordings or support messages for sale. This does not mean advertising involves no sharing under applicable privacy laws.
Provider notices:
Website Hosting and External Links
Our website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times. Its privacy information is available at Vercel Privacy Policy. We use email links for support. Choosing an external link, including Discord or an app store, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Information you post publicly on Discord may be visible to other community members.
8. Retention, Security and Deletion
Local game data remains until it is reset, removed by uninstalling/clearing app data, or otherwise removed by your device; backups and operating-system identifiers can remain separately. Removing local data does not automatically delete EOS records, support correspondence or store transactions. Providers retain service records according to their applicable policies and contracts.
Our retention approach is to keep support and safety information only for the purpose it was collected and as necessary for unresolved complaints, security, disputes or legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with the game, or to make a privacy complaint, email moss.talk@gmail.com with "Fart Attack privacy" in the subject. Describe your request and relevant platform/display name. We may ask for limited additional information to identify the correct records and protect other users. We will explain any legal or technical limits, including records controlled by app stores or other providers. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, object, restrict processing, portability, or complain to a competent authority, depending on the law that applies. These rights are not reduced by this policy.
9. Audience
Fart Attack is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. A store age rating is not a substitute for consent required by local privacy law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without required consent should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Do not use voice chat to share a child's personal information.
10. Changes and Contact
We will update this policy when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. The published version will display its effective date. Contact: Moss Games, India; moss.talk@gmail.com.
